尸检报告显示，川普前妻伊娃娜的死因是由于重物击中身体，警察正在进行深入调查。
现在的问题是：
1. 是因为摔倒而导致伊娃娜致死的伤，还是因为先被击中而摔倒？
2. 最先的新闻报道都是说伊娃娜是因为从楼倒而死，现在都改成了是因为身体受伤而死。似乎是强调受伤才是摔倒的原因。
3. 伊娃娜摔倒的地点如果有监控视频，那么，她摔倒的真正原因很容易查清楚。
4. 伊娃娜家人应该是最先看到监控视频，因此也应该了解真正死因。
5. 如果伊娃娜不是他杀，其家人应该会出面讲明不是他杀。
6. 至今为止，无人否认是他杀，那就有可能是他杀。
7. 蹊跷的是，验尸报告没有给出具体的死亡时间。
8. 周四，川普公布了伊娃娜不幸死亡的消息，并未公布死因。
