Mr. Gerber,
You repeatedly COMMAND me to provide names of BODY GUARDS I have hired. Can you please clarify what do you mean by "BODY GUARDS"? If you mean a "BODY GUARD" is simply someone who had provide helps to me or tried to protect my safety, then here is a short list of my BODY GUARD:
President Clinton and his ASSOCIATES. President Clinton helped to escape from the Chinese Communist persecution in April, 1996, and President Clinton sent some of his ASSOCIATES to accompany me flied from Hong Kong to Washington D.C.. President Clinton's ASSOCIATES looked like played the roles of my BODY GUARD.
FBI Agents. Once I came to the United States in 1996, some FBI agents met and spoke to me once a week. They told me that they tried to protect me from being harassed from the Chinese spies. Obviously, these FBI agents played the roles of what you claimed "Body Guards".
CIA, Congress members, Senators, and other government agencies! It is their responsibilities to protect US citizens safety from being harassed by the Chinese Communist spies and their ASSOIATEs! They are all my body guards based on your definition!
I have sent you all the materials you COMMANDED me to surrender to you. I have answered all your stupid interrogatory questions. But you refused to response to me.
Since you kept to cheat the Judge that I do not response your interrogatories and asked the Judge to give default trial to favor your Chinese spy client. I have to post all my response on my blog, so that it would be an evidence to show the court that I have responded you.

Now, I rename my "BigBoss Software" into "USA Citizen Big Boss Software". From now on, you can treat all American citizens as my employees! You can subpoena all American citizens and COMMAND them to answer your stupid interrogatories!
Now, you should subpoena Mr. Robert Hays, and "COMMAND" him to answer you how much funds he transferred to me, or how my salary I have paid to him!

We have not received any additional discovery materials. It was our understanding that you intended to produce your 2015 tax returns as well as two checks for $10,000 and that you intended to review and respond to our Notice of Discovery and Inspection, our Interrogatories, and our other discovery requests. Please let us know if you plan to produce additional materials before your reply to the court is due on Jan. 23, 2017.

During the hearing on Monday, Jan. 9, the Magistrate did not set a new court date for this matter. Instead he set two deadlines for the parties to submit information in writing following the Order to Show Cause . He set a two-week deadline for your response on Jan. 23, 2017 for you to produce all the documents we have requested or explain why you should not be required to produce particular documents. He set a one-week deadline for our reply on Jan. 30, 2017.
As an additional note, we believe that on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 1:24 PM, you included Ms. Green, Mr. Zales, and myself on a blind carbon copy (BCC) email to Paula Patch of the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). In the future, please do not include us as BCCs on emails and please do not include us on your emails to ACS.

Hi Mr. Gerber,
It was nice speaking to you. I am trying to prepare the documents and will send back to you once I finished.
At the last court date, I didn't get the notice for our next court date. Could you please let me know the next court date? Some of the materials you requested might need more time. I might request for more time.
As I mentioned to you that my son might be in dangerous situation. I have reported to several government agencies and asked them to protect my son. However, I haven't got any responses from these agencies. Then, I have no choices other than made these reports public. I notice you this just want to let you know that I will try my best to avoid mention your name and your law firm's name. Also, I will try my best to protect my son, and will not expose my son's name, and some of my friends' confidential information. I don't want make my friends be scared or harassed by the Chines spy agencies.
Hope you can understand it.
I hope this case would be resolved as soon as possible. I understand that I have nothing to lose now, except my life or my safety. To put me in jail will make me happy. It will make me safer than being exposed/attacked/harassed by Chinese spies again and again!

I really appreciate all your professional works on this case. I have to say sorry about the emails I sent this morning. As I explained to you that I was so afraid of being arrested for the last few years, especially for the last few days. For the last 5 days, police officers kept coming to my home at mid night. That type activities would make anyone nervous and feared to be arrested or even killed. I really don't want to be arrested before the court date. However, your client tried all her best to make me arrested before January 9, just like what she used to do. I wrote two urgent emails to you and your team, just wanted to let you know that I might not show up at the court. I really want to resolve this case instead of creating new problems. In case I was arrested this morning, I am quite sure that you and your team wouldn't take advantage of that and make this case default trialed. I trust you, I really believe that you are professional and decent people.
Freedom from fear is listed as a fundamental human right according to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. However, I was still struggling for the freedom from fear for the last few years!
Please let me know if any of my words made you unhappy, I will definitely adjust myself. I always feel happy to speak to you. I learned a lot from you.
I will remove all the words from my blogs that mentioned your names and your law firms soon. Please let me know if found anything in my blog that you may not like, I will do my best to express my thanks and respect to you.
Also, if you have chances to speak to your client, hope you can try to let her know that the baby should be protected. I will do all my best to protect the baby.
Anyway, I really appreciate your times and efforts on this case, even though I thought you shouldn't spent a minutes on this simple case.

In gathering the documents marked by the court reporter as Exhibits, we noticed that Exhibit 8—which was a printout of your December 18, 2016 blog post entitled “BigBoss: A Software that Provides Optimal Solution to Teamwork and Project Management”—was missing after the deposition.
As this Exhibit was one we discussed at the very end of the deposition, it is possible it ended up in your possession. If you could please check your files, and bring the official Exhibit to Court today if you have it, that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will have to print a new copy of the blog post and mark it as Exhibit 8.
