Here is a report I sent to FBI, CIA, President Obama, Lawmakers of USA, and some relevant government agencies in 2013.

My Son, a 4-years old baby, is under Serious Dangerous Situation! I Strongly Request the relevant government agencies, including the Supreme Court of the State of New York, NYC Administration for Children's Services(ACS), FBI, NYPD, etc. to Take Immediate Actions to Protect my son.
I have filed this report to the above mentioned agencies in January 2014. However, I haven't got any responses from them. Instead, some of the above agencies made me arrested again and again based on false police reports made by Ms. Xiamin Zeng, my son's mother and a Chinese female spy.
Now, in order top protect my son's safety and to protect myself, I have to make my reports public. In case the Chinese spies made me arrested/killed/kidnapped, I hope FBI and other government agencies could have a clue to do further investigation.
Statement for the Domestic Violence Case (Docket No: 2013QNO50846)
I, Gang Liu, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. My name is Gang Liu, the defendant of the case with Docket No. 2013QNO50846.
2. Xiamin Zeng is my girl friend and we have a 20-month old son.
3. Xiamin Zeng entered the United States on June 29th, 2011. Right after she arrived in New York, Xiamin Zeng approached me and cheated me to date with her. Since July 20th, 2011, Xiamin Zeng had lived in my house with me together. Xiamin Zeng pretended to love me until August 29th, 2013. Since then, Xiamin Zeng might occasionally spent a few days with her other boy friends, she lived in my house from July 20th, 2011 to August 29th, 2013.
3. Xiamin Zeng came to the United States in June, 2011. Since then, Xiamin Zeng has done petition at the Headquarter of the United States to request compensation for her house which was demolished by the Chinese Communist government.
4. Xiamin Zeng also filed lawsuit to the United States District Court Southern District of New York. She listed some Chinese spies and leaders of the Chinese Communist government as defendants and requested 1.5 Billion RMB (roughly about $0.25 billion) for compensation in her lawsuit.
5. However, Xiamin Zeng told me that her lawsuits against the Chinese government was just a well-designed plan or trick developed by the Chinese spy agency, especially Mr. Yuanxiong Shen, the head of Chinese spy agency in Shanghai. Xiamin Zeng just played a role to file lawsuit in the United States, and the Chinese spy agency would help her to win the case and get large amount ($0.2 billion) for compensation, which would be shared by Xiamin Zeng and the Chinese spy agency. The Chinese spy agency is using this way to ask more money from the Chinese government!
6. Due to my report to FBI, Mr. Yuhua Tang was arrested by FBI in November 2011. Mr. Yuhua Tang was believed as the head of the Chinese spy agency in charge of the North America region.
8. Since August 2011, I had repeatedly reported to FBI regarding some Chinese spies, including Mr. Yuhua Tang, Mr. Yan Zhao, and Ms. Yinghua Guo, who had tried to harass and kidnap me.
9. After Yuhua Tang was arrested by FBI, the Chinese government hated me even more. The Chinese government has frequently to threaten me. Mr. Yan Zhao, Ms. Yinghua Guo, and Mr. Chengshan Tan are among those Chinese spies who had tried again and again to kidnap me.
10. In July 2013, Xiamin Zeng told me that Mr. Yan Zhao tried to approach her again. I warned Xiamin Zeng to be careful for being kidnapped by Mr. Yan Zhao and some other Chinese spies. However, Xiamin Zeng told me that Mr. Yan Zhao promised her to help her to get compensation for her demolished house. She became to work with Mr. Yan Zhao.
11. Mr. Yan Zhao promised to help Xiamin Zeng to get back about 200 million dollars compensation for her demolished house. However, Mr. Yan Zhao asked Xiamin Zeng to break up with me and to make me arrested by false accuse domestic violence cases against me.
12. Since July 2013, Mr. Yan Zhao had contacted with Xiamin Zeng through phone, email, Skypy conversation, or even through some Chinese public website. They frequently discuss how to false accuse domestic violence cases against me and to make me arrested. Fig. 12.1 and 12.2. show some snapshots about such kind messages posted by Mr. Yan Zhao.

Fig. 12.2. On August 3rd, 2013, Chinese spy agent Yan Zhao posted messages on Chinese website, which advised Xiamin Zeng to false accuse Gang Liu for domestic violence. Yan Zhao also promised that Yinghua Guo would give Xiamin Zeng money as long as Xiamin Zeng file lawsuit against Gang Liu.
13. Xiamin Zeng clearly told me that the above listed messages were posted by Mr. Yan Zhao. She also told me that she had contacted with Mr. Yan Zhao and had discussed with him about more details for how to transfer money to her and how to create the domestic violence case against me. She clearly told me that they would kill me through the American judicial system.
14. Since then, Xiamin Zeng frequently asked me to give her $30,000, otherwise, she would work with Mr. Yan Zhao and Ms. Yinghua Guo, to execute their plans to put me into prison or even kill me by false accuse domestic violence cases against me. I thought that Xiamin Zeng just kidding and she might not be interested in that kind plans which set up her son’s father through false accusation. However, Xiamin Zeng eventually tried to cooperate with Mr. Yan Zhao and execute Yan Zhao’s plan to false accuse me.
15. Mr. Shen Yuanxiong Shen is a top head of Chinese spy agency in Shanghai. See the following pictures.

Mr. Sun Jiwei (right) is a top Communist leader in Shanghai. Ms. Zeng Guojuan is the mother of Ms. Xiamin Zeng. Ms. Zeng Guojuan used to date with Mr. Sun Jiwei.
Ms. Zeng Guojuan then asked Mr. Sun Jiwei to find good jobs for her daughter Zeng Xiamin and her son Sun Xiaoyong. Mr. Sun Jiwei asked Mr. Shen Yuanxiong (the 4th from the right, and the head of the Chinese spy agency) to recruit Ms. Xiamin Zeng and Mr. Sun Xiaoyong to be Chinese spies.
Mr. Shen Yuanxiong (circled by red) is the head of the Chinese Spy agency in Shanghai. Here is some of the pictures provided by Xiamin Zeng, which shows that Shen Yuanxiong served as bodyguard of Xi Jinping whenever Xi Jinping visited Shanghai.
Normally, the contact information of any head of the Chinese spy agencies are strictly confidential. Normal people would never know their identity nor their phone numbers. But Xiamin Zeng knows the cell phone number and can frequently make phone calls with Shen Yuanxiong. Xiamin Zeng later told me that Mr. Shen Yuanxiong is her direct boss!
Xiamin Zeng frequently contacted with Mr. Shen Yuanxiong through cell phone, emails. Shen Yuanxiong frequently sent/gave money to Xiamin Zeng. Here is one of the tape that Xiamin Zeng spoke to Yuanxiong Shen to discuss transfer money from China to Xiamin Zheng.

16. Mr. Sun Xiaoyong(Xiamin Zeng’s brother) and Ms. Xiamin Zeng are both active members of the Chinese Communist Party. Even they came to the United States, they asked their father (Mr. Sun Dashuang) to pay their membership fee to the Chinese Communist Party in China! And they frequently received funds from Mr. Shen Yuanxiong as salary for their spy activities in the United States!
17. On August 29th, 2013, Xiamin Zeng contacted with Mr. Shen Yuanxiong, Mr. Yan Zhao, and some other people through phone and emails to discuss their plan regarding how to false accuse me. I heard that they discussed about how to find a shelter to move out, how to report to 911, and how to make me angry to fight against her.
18. Xiamin Zeng used my laptop to write the following emails. I happened saved one of such kind email which Xiamin Zeng sent to John Walket, who is a friend of Xiamin Zeng, as shown in Fig. 18.1.

19. The above emails were solid evidences that Xiamin Zeng had discussed with her friends regarding how to false accuse Gang Liu and how to find shelters once she reported the domestic violence.
20. Note that the above emails were sent at 3:02PM, August 29, 2013. In her email, Xiamin Zeng claimed that she broke up with Gang Liu, while she was still getting along with Gang Liu at that time in the same room. I heard some of Xiamin Zeng’s conversations regarding how to false accuse me. However, I thought that she was just kidding with me or just tried to threaten me.
21. At about 9PM, August 29th, 2013, I tried to help the baby to sleep. I also went to sleep. I found that Ximin Zeng tried to search my wallet, and tried to manipulate my cell phone, my laptop.
22. At about 10PM, Xiamin Zeng kicked me on my back and made me awoke. Xiamin Zeng yelled at me and asked me to give her money, to surrender my credit cards to her. She hold my wallet and my cell phone in one hand, and used another hand to grab my arm, made me hurt on my right arm. At the same time, Xiamin Zeng kicked me, scratched me, and yelled: “I was another Top Chinese spy. Once I started to fight with you, I can easily kill you. You will never seen the baby. You will die in the jail I will kill you if you don’t give me $30,000.”
23. I kept tolerant while Xiamin Zeng assaulted me. I didn’t fight back. I picked up the home phone and tried to call 911. However, I found Xiamin Zeng already cut off the phone line. I asked her to give me back my cell phone. However, Xiamin Zeng refused to give me my cell phone. She also picked out my credit cards, my Medicaid cards, my insurance cards, two of my cell phones, and put all these staffs and all the cash from my wallet into one of her hand-bag. She repeatedly yelled at me: “Give me $30,000 first. Otherwise, I will not give you back all of these. Mr. Yan Zhao, Shen Yuanxiong, and Yinghua Guo will give me much more money to help me to put you into prison and to kill you.”
24. Xiamin Zeng also yelled: “You will never see the baby again unless you give me $30,000. Believe it or not, if do not do what I asked you to do, I will also hurt your son!” My son started to cry and was very scared.
25. To avoid further assaults by Xiamin Zeng and to avoid Xiamin Zeng hurt my son, I immediately ran out of the room and asked two of the neighbors in the other rooms, I asked the neighbors to stop Xiamin Zeng to hurt my son. The two neighbors all heard Ximin Zeng’s yelling words and threatening words.
26. Then I went out of the house. I walked a long way to the Emergency room of New York Hospital of Queens.

27. After I was examined by the doctors at the Hospital, the doctor called 911 to report this serious domestic violent case.
28. At about 7am, August 30th, 2013, several police officers from NYPD 109th Precinct came to the Hospital and gave me their police report regarding the domestic violence case against Xiamin Zeng. The police officers told me that they would have Xiamin Zeng arrested soon. Police officers also took pictures for my bleeding arm and bleeding fase which was hurt by Xiamin Zeng. I also told police officers that Xiamin Zeng is dating some police officer from 109th Precinct and I was very afraid that these police officers would help Xiamin Zeng to false accuse me and make me arrested.

29. At about 11AM, August 30th, 2013, I went back my home. I found that Xiamin Zeng already moved out.
30. Xiamin Zeng came back with my 1-year old son in the afternoon. She immediately yelled at me again. I went out and called 911 again. A few minutes later, police officers came to my home. I showed them the police report that I already got and asked the police officers to arrest Xiamin Zeng. However, police officers told me that I need to go to Precinct 110 office to report the case. I went to the Precinct 110 several times and asked the police officers to arrest Xiamin Zeng based on the police report. Police officers asked me to go home and wait at home.
31. In the afternoon of August 30th, 2013, I called the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, as advised in the police report. Two social workers from the Child Abuse and Maltreatment Register came to my home. I spoke to them and asked them to help me to find my baby and to make sure my baby was safe.
32. In the afternoon of August 30th, 2013, I went to the Family Court of Queens County and filed domestic violence case against Xiamin Zeng. See attached file for the summons and complaints.
33. At about 5PM, August 30th, 2013, I went to Precinct 110 and asked the police officers to serve the Summons to Xiamin Zeng.
34. At about 6PM, August 30th, 2013, I spent and slept in my home located at 9031, 51st Ave, Elmhurst, NY 11373.
35. In the morning of August 31st, 2013, I called and spoke to social workers from New York State Office of Children and Family Services again through phone. Two social workers from the Child Abuse and Maltreatment Register came to my home again. Again, I told them that Xiamin Zeng might had mental problems and might hurt our baby. I asked them to help me to find my baby and have my baby back.
36. At about 11AM, August 31st, 2013, Xiamin Zeng came back home with the baby. She yelled at me again and made the baby very scared. Xiamin Zeng even used the baby as a weapon to attack me, and made the baby crying loudly. I went out and called 911. Police officers came over. I asked them to serve my summons to Xiamin Zeng. However, they asked me to go to Precinct 110. I went to Precinct 110 at least 5 times. However, police officers told me that they couldn’t arrest Xiamin Zeng and couldn’t served the summons to her until next week.
37. Since September 1st, 2013, I have had no contacts with Xiamin Zeng and couldn’t serve her my summons against her. I haven’t seen my baby since then. I have been always worried about my baby. I am afraid that Xiamin Zeng would hurt my baby or would have moved my baby to other countries.
38. On September 11th, I got voice messages from several detectives of Precinct 110. I called back. I was asked to go to meet them at Precinct 110.
39. I went to Precinct 110 at about 11AM, September 11th, 2013. I was immediately arrested and sent to Jail.
40. The court assigned Mr. Joel Schmidt as my attorney. Thanks to Mr. Joel Schmidt, I was released from the Jail, At about 10PM, September 11th, 2013.
41. The Judge issued a protection order against me. I was ordered to show up at the Criminal Court of Queens Court on October 30th, 2013. Later on, A court staff named Risa called me and told me that the Court hearing date was rescheduled to October 28th, 2013, in the IDV court room.
42. Since August 31st, 2013, I have tried my best and have contacted with several government agencies and tried to find my baby. However, I couldn’t find my baby for the last 30 days.
43. On November 18th, Xiamin Zeng and I both showed up at the Queens Criminal court for a scheduled court hearing. Right before the court hearing, my legal aid (my attorney) Risa Procton advised me to Call police officers to have Xiamin Zeng arrested. I called police officers of 110 Precinct. The police officers spoke to Xiamin Zeng’s attorney and my attorney. Both attorneys suggested that Xiamin Zeng surrender herself to the 110 Precinct in a later date.
44. Right after the court hearing, my attorney Risa Procton told me that Xiamin Zeng reported to prosecutor that I violated the protection order by posting articles on the website. I told my attorney that I didn’t post any articles about Xiamin Zeng. It was Xiamin Zeng herself posted the articles on my blogs. Those articles were posted long time ago. My attorney told me that I would be arrested again. I asked my attorney for more about Xiamin Zeng’s false complaint. My attorney refused to speak to me further.
45. On November 20th, I got phone calls from police officer of 110 precinct. They asked to go to the police office to discuss about my police report against Xiamin Zeng, so they could make her arrested.
46. On November 21st, I went to the 110 precinct. I was arrested immediately and was sent to the Jail in Queens.
47. On November 22nd, I was brought to the court, and was told I was charged with several felony charges. Another court hearing was scheduled on December 5th, 2013. Since then, I was sent to Jail until December 5th.
48. On December 5th, 2013, I was sent to the Queens Criminal Court again. Right before the Court hearing, my legal aid Ms. Risa Procton spoke to me. Ms. Risa Procton told me that Xiamin Zeng complained that I made phone calls to her and threatened to kill her and the baby. I told Ms. Procton that I had never called Xiamin Zeng since August 30th, 2013. It was Xiamin Zeng called me several times and left me messages that she asked me to give her money and files that were saved in my laptop. Xiamin Zeng also asked her mother called me several times. I asked Ms. Risa Procton to to provide me the legal documents about the charges and the complaint, so that I could prepare for the final trial. Ms. Risa Procton refused to provide me these documents. Instead, she gave me two choices: “You want these documents, then you stay in Jail. Or you don’t request a trial and go home today. You make choice.” I told her that I have the right to have the complaints and request the prosecutor to provide solid evidences to support their charges. However, Ms. Procton simply told me that: “then you go back to the Jail and wait for the trial!” That is really ridiculous! Even in the Communist Court, the communist Judges would give a suspect a trial and some evidences to support their charges and complaints. But the Judges and Prosecutor of The Queens Court give me such kind punishment without any evidences!
49. On December 5th, 2013, I was released. The Judge gave me protection order for 2 Years based on Xiamin Zeng false accusation! My attorney Ms. Risa Procton, who was assigned to me by the Court, just simply let the false accusation went through. She refused my requests for providing solid evidences for the false complaint. She didn’t serve for my interests. I really don’t understand the Judicial system of the Queens Court. Why it was so easily abused by those Chinese spy agents! Why those Judges and attorney just simply believe whatever Xiamin Zeng told them, but didn’t allow me to say a word, and didn’t allow me to defend for myself.
Xiamin Zeng Filled Lawsuit against Chinese Government and some Chinese Spies.
50. Xiamin Zeng had filed lawsuit against the Chinese government agencies or leaders to request compensation for her demolished house and lands.
51. On July 29th, 2011, Xiamin Zeng submitted lawsuit files to the United States District Court Southern District of New York. She listed the Chinese government and some of its leaders who were responsible to the force demolish of her house as defenders. As shown in the following two Figures. This lawsuit file will be referred as “20110729-Zeng’s Lawsuit” (Hereafter as A1).

54. On December 8th, 2011, Xiamin Zeng filed lawsuit again to the United States District Court Southern District of New York. She listed several Chinese government leaders and spies, including Mr. Yuhua Tang and Mr. Yan Zhao as defenders. and some of its leaders who were responsible to the force demolish of her house as defenders. 55. Xiamin Zeng had done many similar legal lawsuits, posted many articles on the web, and had done many protest or petition activities in the United States. Most of the articles are in Chinese. Here I only listed some of the Xiamin Zeng’s articles that are in English.
56. From here on, I mainly used materials or pictures abstracted from the above mentioned articles/lawsuits posted by Xiamin Zeng.
Chinese government had persecuted/abused Xiamin Zeng physically and mentally. However, all these Stories are made up by the Chinese Spy Agencies!
57. Xiamin Zeng has been persecuted/abused by the Chinese government. In the attached files A2, A3, and A4, Ximin Zeng has clearly described how she was persecuted.
58. Xiamin Zeng originally lived in China, located at 115 Xinghuo Village, Jiading District, Shanghai, China. She had lived there since born until Feb. 2010. Her family had a house of 7000 square feet with 3 acre of lands.
59. On Feb. 25th, 2010, Xiamin Zeng’s house and lands were forced demolished and expropriated by the Chinese Communist government. The expropriated land was used for the High Speed Railway construction.

However, Xiamin Zeng told me that the above picture on the left is a wide-spread picture used by many other Chinese spies to file lawsuits against the Chinese government. Chinese spy agency made up this picture and then let some of the Chinese spies to use such kind made up materials to file lawsuit against the Chinese government, so that the Chinese spy agency could get more money from the government and thus can recruit more and more spies!
60. Since then, Xiamin Zeng became a full time petitioner (Shang Fang), which means to visit the government agencies to request compensation for the demolished house and lands. She went to government agencies almost every day to ask for compensation. Xiamin Zeng’s petition activities are considered as anti-government activities and thus would be persecuted by the Chinese government.
61. As a result of her frequent petitions activities, Xiamin Zeng had been frequently abused/arrested/jailed by the Chinese government.
62. As shown in her lawsuit files, Xiamin Zeng was arrested/jailed at least 20 times. See the attached files A1, A2, A3, and A4 for more details. The following picture shows one of the detention notice which indicates Xiamin Zeng was arrested and jailed for 10 days on March 8th, 2011. However, Xiamin Zeng told me that most of these documents, including detention notices, releasing papers were all made up by the Chinese spy agencies, so that Xiamin Zeng could use these made up documents as evidences to sue the Chinese government!

This is the snapshot of the detention notice which indicates that Xiamin Zeng was arrested on March 8th, 2011, and was jailed for 10 days. Xiamin Zeng told me that this is one document made up by the Chinese spy agency.
63. Xiamin Zeng was also put under house arrested for over 200 days in 2010 and 2011.
Fig. 63.1. Ximin Zeng was put under house arrested for over 200 days. During that time, Chinese government sent many Police officers to watch Xiamin Zeng’s day and night, inside and outside her home. However, Xiamin Zeng told me that this is just a show arranged by the Chinese spy agency!
64. During the 20 times arrest and in jail, and over 200 days house arrest, Xiamin Zeng was frequently abused physically and psychologically. The following picture shows that Xiamin Zeng lost her teeth due to the abuse.

However, Xiamin Zeng told me that this picture was taken while she visit a dentist to have her teeth pulled out! Xiamin Zeng used this picture as one of the evidences to file many lawsuits against various people and had got compensations!
65. First, Xiamin Zeng used this picture to file lawsuit against Shanghai Post Office and claimed that she was hurt by the glass door of that post office while she entered the post office. With the help of Mr. Shen Yuanxiong and spy agencies in Shanghai, Xiamin Zeng won this lawsuit and get 80,000 RMB (about $12,000) as compensation. After Xiamin Zeng came to the United States, Mr. Shen Yuanxiong frequently gave money to Ms. Xiamin Zeng’s family. Mr. Shen Yuanxiong gave money to Ms. Xiamin Zeng for her spy activities. But the money was transferred to Xiamin Zeng under the name of “compensation from Shanghai Post Office to Xiamin Zeng”! In China, no one can win such kind lawsuit against a Post Office. The lawsuit that Xiamin Zeng against the Post Office is just another made up lawsuit created by the Chinese spy agency, so that the Chinese spy agencies could transfer money to Xiamin Zeng for spy activities, but under the name of “compensation” and thus can avoid taxations!
66. Second, Xiamin Zeng frequently filed lawsuit against many other people and claimed these people beat her and knocked out her teeth! Xiamin Zeng filed such kind false lawsuit again and again in China as well as in the United States. A3. The Plaintiff Xiamin Zeng had been beaten by the 8-Shanghai-Defendants or their subsidiaries several times and made the Plaintiff’s nose broken and teeth knocked out.
A10. The 8-Shanghai-Defendants created their illegal armed forces to persecuted citizens in Shanghai. The gang members in the pictures of A10 are not police officers. They are gangs and illegal armed forces led by the 8-Shanghai-Defendants, although they are in uniforms.
A10.1. The Plaintiff Xiamin Zeng had been beaten in this room, the office of the defendant Yiming Yao. The the defendant Yiming Yao and his gang members in this room beat the Plaintiff Xiamin Zeng to broke her nose and knocked out her teeth.
Xiamin Zeng claimed that these Chinese knocked Xiamin Zeng's teeth out right in this room. However, Xiamin Zeng later told me that the men in this picture were her comrade co-workers while she worked as an assistant of the mayor in her home town!

67. With the help of the Chinese spy agency, Xiamin Zeng also get money from Chinese Spy agency under the name of compensation from the above 8-defendants!
68. Ms. Xiamin Zeng also filed similar lawsuit against Chinese prison in Shanghai and claimed that her teeth was knocked out while was she was detained. She also received compensation from Chinese prison for knocking out Xiamin Zeng’s teeth! All these are made up drama by the Chinese spy agencies so that the Chinese spy agency can transfer money to Xiamin Zeng and can avoid Taxation!
69. In her lawsuit files, Xiamin Zeng clearly stated that two of her lovely dogs were buried to death by the Chinese government on November 17th, 2009, while her house was tried to be demolished by the Chinese government. See the following figure for the pictures of the two lovely dogs.
70. Xiamin Zeng loved these two dogs very much. The death of the above mentioned two dogs made Xiamin Zeng extremely furious, angry, depression. Due to the loss of these two dogs, Xiamin Zeng frequently claimed she had been extremely depression and agony for the past four years. However, Xiamin Zeng also told me that the pictures of the above two dogs are also provided by the Chinese spy agency! She just made up another story!
Xiamin Zeng has suffered Hysteria, Frivolous, Violent, and other mental or Psychological problems.
71. Due to the long time depression and agony, Xiamin Zeng has clearly stated that she had developed hysteria, frivolous, violent, and other mental problems.
72. Since her house was forced demolished in 2009, Xiamin Zeng has been very revenge against the Government as well as other people around her. To get her house compensated and to revenge became the only life goal of her. She has visited various government agencies to file her complaints, and thus has been arrested/abused again and again. At least Xiamin Zeng has always been or pretended to be under high depression and agony.
73. Xiamin Zeng couldn’t control her temper. She frequently yelling/shorting/assaulting to other people, especially to her son, her family members and close friends.
74. In July 2012, Xiamin Zeng’s mother Guojuan Zeng, and her younger brother Xiaoyong Sun came to the United States. They started to live with us in the apartment located at 11131, 37th avenue, #5, Corona, NY 11368. Xiamin Zeng frequently shouted, yelled, even violent at me, her mother, as well as her younger brother. Xiamin Zeng’s short temper made all other family members who lived in the same apartment very upset and unbearable. Her mother and her younger brother could no longer to live with her in the same apartment, and they moved out after they lived with Xiamin Zeng for couple of months. Since then, Xiamin Zeng’s younger brother refused to meet nor speak to Xiamin Zeng, even though they lived a few blocks away.
75. I understood and sympathize to Xiamin Zeng’s misery experiences, even though all these misery experiences could be made up stories. I tried to help or console her from her miserable life and experiences. I have tried my best to help her to catch up with the new life in America. I have continued to encourage her to be confidence/optimism. I tried to help her to start an American dream. I tried to help her to recover from depression. I tried to convince her that revenge and petition for compensation shouldn’t be the only objective of her life. I tried my best to love her, and let her know how to love people. I tried many times to persuade her to be checked by mental/psychological doctors. She refused to do so. However, as time goes on, she also tried to change herself. She stopped to do petition at UN headquarter building in New York city. Although she has been yelling/shouting/assaulting at me frequently, I always control myself and had never done any violence against her.
76. Due to the long time of depression, Xiamin Zeng has also developed characteristics of childish, simple mind, credulous, and easily be cheated.
Xiamin Zeng, Mr. Yuhua Tang, and Mr. Yan Zhao had attempted to attack/kill Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations.
77. Although Xiamin Zeng has stopped to do petition at UN headquarter building, she still treats revenge and get back the compensation for her demolished house are the most important life goals. She stated and insisted that: “Give me back my house, or give me death!” She also frequently tells people that she would date or even marry with whoever who can help her to get her house compensated. Xiamin Zeng frequently visited coffee rooms near-by 109th Precinct and try to find opportunities to chat and date with police officers.

As shown in the above article, Xiamin Zeng clearly stated that she met with Mr. Yuhua Tang, Mr. Yan Zhao, and Mr. Yang Lv right in the above mentioned restaurant and right at that table. They discussed how to create big news by attacking/killing the Secretary General of the United Nations. Mr. Yuhua Tang had an office in the head quarters of UN buildings in New York. Mr. Yuhua Tang drew a detailed map which shows the exact location of Mr. Ban Ki-moon's office and the road-map to get there. Mr. Yuhua Tang gave the road-map to Ms. Xiamin Zeng and asked her to enter the UN buildings every day. Mr. Yuhua Tang promised to help/lead Ms. Xiamin Zeng to get into/near Mr. Ban Ki-moon's office so that Ms. Xiamin Zeng could attack/kill Mr. Ban Ki-moon using the weapons provided by Mr. Yuhua Tang!
From July 2011 to November 2011, Xiamin Zeng tried to sneak into the UN building as long as the building open to visitors. Xiamin Zeng had tried several times to approach Mr. Ban Ki-moon's office.
79. On August 3rd, 2011, Yuhua Tang and Yan Zhao asked/cheated Xiamin Zeng to do terrorist attack against Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Yuhua Tang even drew a map to show the office of Ban Ki-moon’s office in the UN headquarter in New York. Both Tang and Zhao inspired Xiamin Zeng to go to Ban Ki-moon’s officer and assault him. They promised to Xiamin Zeng that her demolished house would be definitely compensated as long as Xiamin Zeng could create big news by assaulting Ban Ki-moom.
80. Both Yuhua Tang and Yan Zhao clearly told Xiamin Zeng that they were Chinese spies and they could meet and submit reports directly to Chinese President Hu Jintao. That is why Xiamin Zeng believed that they could easily help her to submit her complaints/requests to the high rank officials.

81. Then, Xiamin Zeng tried to execute the terrorist attacks which are planed by Mr. Tang and Mr. Zhao. She tried several times to do the terrorist attacks against Ban Ki-Moon, as planned by Zhao and Tang. However, once Xiamin Zeng went into the UN headquarters, she was caught by security agents several times. The security agents told Xiamin Zeng that they got reports that Xiamin Zeng was a terrorist who tried to attack Ban Ki-Moon. The security agents aomost sent Xiamin Zeng to nearby NYPD Precinct.

83. I tried my best to persuade Xiamin Zeng to stop involving the terrorist attacks. I told her that Mr. Yuhua Tang and Mr. Yan Zhao were cheating her and were trying to set up her. They were trying to put her into Jail in the United States.
84. In November 2011, Mr. Yuhua Tang and Mr. Yan Zhao tried similar tricks to cheat Xiamin Zeng again. They inspired Xiamin Zeng to go to Hawaii to do terrorist attacks against President Obama and President Hu Jintao while they were showing up at the meetings of Asian-Pacific leaders. I tried to stop Xiamin Zeng to involve in such terrorist attacks.
85. Mr. Yan Zhao and Mr. Yuhua Tang have continued to cheat Xiamin Zeng and tried to set up Xiamin Zeng using similar tricks. They also sent some other Chinese spies to harass/destroy/kidnap Xiamin Zeng, as shown in the following figures.

Right outside Waldorf hotel in New York city, Xiamin Zeng came first to do demonstration. And she claimed that she would try to stop president Obama and throw eggs or even attack president Obama so that she could create big news and draw attention to media!

89. Ms. Xiamin Zeng hid herself in this room (the picture above) for hours, so that she could get chances to attack/kill President Obama. Right in this room, Xiamin Zeng repeatedly shouted: “President Obama, come out! I will beat you!” “Yang Jiechi (Foreign Minister of the Chinese government), where are hiding! You will be killed once I found you!”. She eventually left until I told her that I would report to police if she continued to hide herself there.
90. Once entered the Waldorf hotel, Xiamin Zeng had tried to search most of the conference rooms in Waldorf Hotel that she thought that President Obama might show up. The above pictures show that Ms. Xiamin Zeng was searching conference rooms on 18th floor and several other rooms.
Xiamin Zeng Found some people who are gathered to have meeting in this room. She was told these people were from Republic of Columbia. Xiamin Zeng stated that she would attack them if they were delegates of China or the USA!
91. After Xiamin Zeng went out the Waldorf Hotel, she insisted on to attacking President Obama as long as she could find President Obama.
92. Xiamin Zeng entered a conference room in another hotel, as shown in the above picture. She tried to grab microphone and shouted to hundred audiences without any invitation or approval of the organizers. Xiamin Zeng is very violent and very dangerous.
The above pictures showed that Xiamin Zeng was always busying in Street Demonstrations and was very violent. She did this type demonstrations almost every day until she gave birth to new baby.
93. Chinese Government used to train female spies and use them to chase/harass some of the Chinese Dissidents. Many of our Chinese dissidents have gone through what I am experiencing now. Mr. Bingzhang Wang and Mr. Ming Peng were both dated by some Chinese female spies, then there were false accused by those female spies, and eventually they were kidnapped by Chinese military groups with the helps of those Chinese female spies. Currently, both of them were serving their life sentence in the Communist prison. Mr. Hongbao Zhang’s experience was even worse. He was first approached by 3 Chinese women, Ms. Qingxin Yan, Ms. Zhang Qi, and Ms. He Nanfang. All of these 3 women claimed themselves were Chinese military spies. These 3 Chinese women created 50+ domestic violence cases against Hongbao Zhang during 2004 to 2006. Hongbao Zhang spent multi million dollars to retain attorneys to defend for him, including the attorney who used to represent for O. J. Simpson. Eventually, Mr. Hongbao Zhang won or resolved all these charges against r. However, he was killed in 2006 in Texas. After he was killed, the American Judge gave final default trial and let the 3 Chinese female spies to take multi million dollars from Hongbao Zhang’s account! Chinese government spy agency frequently claimed that it was them who had Mr. Hongbao Zhang killed in the United States! They want to threaten other people. And they want them to be honored and rewarded for killing enemies of the Communist government.
94. Now, I was the top target who is chased by the Chinese spy agency. They sent several male and female spies to approach me, threaten me, and destroy my life. Mr. Donghai Feng, Ms. Yinghua Guo, Mr. Yuhua Tang, were among those spies who had approached me threaten me again and again, and had me arrested in the United States again and again. Now, Xiamin Zeng claimed that she was another Chinese top spy, and she claimed that she was sent by Mr. Shen Yuanxiong and Mr. Wang Yang, one of the top leaders of the Chinese Communist, to the United States. She claimed that she would be the one who would kill me or had me killed in the Jail of the United States. Now, she was really doing that!
95. You might not believe what I told you. That is because you don’t know how evil the Chinese Communist is! If you do not believe my story, I hope you can take a look at the Hollywood movie: “Mr. Butterfly”, which is telling a story about a Chinese man who pretended a woman and dating with a French diplomat. The man even brought a baby to his French husband, and he claimed that it was him who gave birth the baby. The French husband had never found out his wife was a man until both of them were arrested and trialed in France in 1960s. That story was even ridiculous than what I am experiencing now. However, it was a real story. It was the Chinese premier Zhou Enlai who gave approval for that “Mr. Butterfly” plan, just because he wanted the spy agency helped him to set better relationship between the Chinese Communist government with French Government. The actual name of “Mr. Butterfly” is Shi Peifu. He became a hero in China. Currently, most of Chinese people wish to be that kind of spy hero. Now, Chinese government has trained many such kind spy experts, especially female spies. There is a book titled “Unrestricted Warfare”, which was authored by two Chinese Military Generals. That book describes in details about “the Legal Warfare”, “the Cyber Warfare”, and “Financial Warfare” Those are the strategies that Yinghua Guo (my daughter’s mother), and Xiamin Zeng (my son’s mother) have done to me. They used that strategies to abuse the judicial systems of the United States and had me arrested and put into jail for 7 times in the United States! The American Judges were just cheated and used by those Chinese female spies!
96. The Chinese spies can do whatever to attack their targets as long as they were ordered by the Chinese Communist to do so. Their bodies, sex, marriage, are just part of their weapons in the fighting in the so called “Legal Warfare”. They could also use their babies as hostages if needed, as long as it can hurt their enemies! Just like what Mr. Butterfly did to that innocent baby. So, I am afraid that My son could be used as a hostage to hurt me. That is why I requested the Judge to give protection order for my son against the mother. And I also hope you can really represent my son for his best interests.
Ms. Xiamin Zeng didn’t care about the baby, She frequently invited other men to have sex with her even at her late pregnant time period!
97. Xiamin Zeng was diagnosed pregnant by Queens Hospital in about September, 2011. To protect the baby, Xiamin Zeng’s doctor frequently advised her to control sex activities. However, Xiamin Zeng frequently invited other men to have sex with her, sometimes she could have sex with other men in public parks! Ms. Xiamin Zeng frequently dated with several men. She always told men she approached on the street that she would do whatever a man ask her to do as long as the man would accompany her to do "petition" on the street.
Xiamin Zeng told me several times that she had slept with the man in the following pictures in public parks!
Xiamin Zeng told me that she had slept and had sex with other men in this park while she was pregnant for over 6 months. I told her that it is not good for the baby to sleep in the park. But she said that she just want to have the baby abolished by having sex with big man! I told her mother through skypy. Her mother frequently spoke to her over phone and told her that it was not possible to do abolish by doing sex with big man.
This is a picture taken on October 7th, 2011. From October to December 2011, Xiamin Zeng went to that park to do demonstration almost everyday. At the beginning , Xiamin Zeng forced me to go with her to do her demonstration. I refused to do so later on. Then she invited different men to go there to do demonstration. She also showed me some of her emails that she sent to some of the men in which Xiamin Zeng invited them to go to the park and she promised them she would sleep in the park with them and have sex with them in the park as long as they would go with her to do the demonstration! Xiamin Zeng slept overnight several times in the park. After she came back home, she even told me that she had sex with various men right in the park! She also showed me the emails she sent to the men who had sex with her. She tried to make me angry and forced me to go to the park with her. I reminded her that she had pregnant and she should follow the advices and instructions given by her doctor. However, she kept yelling at me and told me that she had the right to make love with any man at wherever places she liked!
There are other pictures that Xiamin Zeng took with other men and later Xiamin Zeng told me that she had sex with these men!
98. Ms. Xiamin Zeng has married several times and did abortion several times, as shown in some of her articles in the following links and snapshots. Xiamin Zeng also showed me some of her marriage certificates and some of her husbands' pictures. She stated that she had never divorced with them!
The above picture is a snapshot of an article posted by Xiamin Zeng in her blog on December 29, 2010. She clearly stated that she had a Japanese husband named 伊藤泰志，and she had never divorced with her Japanese husband.
伊藤泰志, one of Ms. Xiamin Zeng's husband, frequently wrote petition letters to various government agencies. The above two pictures showed some of the responses Xiamin Zeng received from various government agencies.
99. Ms. Xiamin Zeng frequently commit abortion for babies even after she was pregnant for 10 months!
The above picture shows that Xiamin Zeng had been pregnant for about 10 months on August 11, 2010. She continued to go on street to do "demonstration/protection" even 10 days before the due date for her to give new baby! Then she did abortion for a baby who would come to the world in a few days! This is exactly a murder to a new life! This indicates that Ms. Xiamin Zeng did never care about her baby!
Conclusion
100. Xiamin Zeng has been persecuted/abused/harassed by the Chinese government Since 2009. She was arrested/jailed for over 20 times, and was under house arrested for over 200 days. This might made up stories.
101. Due to repeated threatening of being kidnapped or harassments by the Chinese spies around her, Xiamin Zeng has been lived in deep depression for the past 4 years.
102. Due to long time persecution and depression, it is understandable that Xiamin Zeng has developed bad temper, hysteria, violent characteristics. It is also understandable that she might have mental problems.
103. Xiamin Zeng has been targeted by some Chinese spies, including Mr. Yuhua Tang, Mr. Yan Zhao, Mr. Chengshan Tan, Ms. Yinghua Guo, Mr. Gengmin qiu, etc. These Chinese spies have frequently tried to cheat/threaten/kidnap/harass Xiamin Zeng. It is understandable that Xiamin Zeng always worried about her safety of life.
104. Due to the force demolish and confiscation of her valuable house and lands, it is understandable that Xiamin Zeng has concentrated all of her time to petition to get compensation from the government. Petition became the only goal of her life. She has had a unusual life which make her difficult to get along with other people. It would be very difficult for her to catch up with the fast speed life in the United States. She really needs time to get familiar with and to merge into the normal life of the United States.
105. Xiamin Zeng has been so desperate to get compensation for her demolished house and lands. It is understandable that she sometimes applied whatever means to have her petition requests submitted to the high rank Chinese officials. That is why sometimes she cooperate with the Chinese spies, while sometimes she fight against or file lawsuit against these Chinese spies. She always moved forth and back between cooperating with and fighting against the Chinese spies. Whenever she was in deep desperate, she believed that Chinese spies are the only people who have the capability to have her petition requests submitted to the Chinese government leaders. However, whenever she found she was cheated by those Chinese spies, she would be very upset and would fight against the Chinese spies.
106. Since early August 2013, Xiamin Zeng was in deep desperate again. Then she tried to cooperate with Chinese spies once she was contacted by Chinese spies Mr. Yan Zhao and was promised to give her money as long as she could create a domestic violence case against me. That is why Xiamin Zeng assaulted me on August 29th, and false accused me for the domestic violence case. Actually, that is a trap designed by Chinese spies Mr. Yan Zhao and Ms. Yinghua Guo. The objective of this trap is to destroy both Gang Liu and Xiamin Zeng. Xiamin Zeng was so easily cheated by those Chinese spies.
107. It is a domestic violence case what happened in my home on August 29th, 2013. However, I am the victim and Xiamin Zeng is the offender and abuser. I reported to police first. Xiamin Zeng should be arrested first. However, Xiamin Zeng tried to get helps from the police offices she used to date with and to make false accusation against me and made me arrested again and again.
108. Xiamin Zeng has been disappeared since September 1st, 2013. She also took my son, who has been also disappeared since then. As the Chinese government frequently attempted to kidnap me, I am vary afraid that the Chinese spy agencies and Ms. Xiamin Zeng could try to take my son as hostage and try to hurt my son.
109. Xiamin Zeng doesn’t know how to care about the baby, she even doesn’t know how to take care herself. It would be very dangerous to let her take single custody for our 16-month old baby.
My requests
110. To make sure our baby is safe, I requested the judge to order Xiamin Zeng to be checked/examined by a mental or psychological doctor.
111. I am the victim in this domestic violence case. If Xiamin Zeng was really a Top Chinese spy as she claimed, she would be very dangerous to me and to my baby. I am very vulnerable when I am chased by one of the most powerful spy agency in the world.
112. Xiamin Zeng has never worked a single day for the last 4 years. It is difficult for her to find jobs in the United States. I have long time work experiences in the United States. It is I who take care our baby since the baby was born on May 9th, 2013. Xiamin Zeng doesn’t know how to take care the baby. It would be better to let me have custody for our son.
113. As Ximin Zeng might have mental problems, it would be dangerous for our baby if Xiamin Zeng has custody for our baby.
