2017年11月15日，刘刚在美国广播协会（BBG）发表演讲。在演讲中，刘刚出示了赵岩造谣诽谤BBG和VOA的相关照片证据。
赵岩在8月30日对BBG作证时指控美国之音断播是VOA被蓝金黄，是侵犯了郭文贵的言论自由。
在11月13日，赵岩发推指控BBG被蓝金黄，证据就是他赵岩无法在BBG注册演讲。可是，我就是因为看到了赵岩的这个推文，才按照赵岩给出的网址，在BBG网站申请参加15日会议并发表演讲。
赵岩给出的BBG网页中就有注册11月15日会议的链接。赵岩不懂英文，找不到注册的链接，恶人先告状，反咬BBG不许他注册，是对他封口，更指控BBG被中国蓝金黄了。我向BBG的董事会成员讲述赵岩对BBG的诬告，并问有哪位曾经收受了中国政府的贿赂。董事会成员们一阵大笑。
丢人啊。都是不懂英文惹的祸。

美国之音、推特、脸书、油管等媒体封杀郭文贵，孰是孰非？
各位下午好！
我叫刘刚，是中国1989年天安门民主运动的参加者。当我在中国时，我一直都是美国之音的忠诚听众，是铁粉。现在，我是推特、脸书、谷歌、油管自媒体的注册用户，在过去的八年里，我经常在这些媒体上发表文章，上传图片、录像，同网友私信交流。八年了，我从来不曾被这些自媒体封杀过。而在此同时，这些媒体都是被中国的防火长城封杀。这足以表明这些自媒体平台很少因为我是中国的异议人士而封杀我，也不会专门封杀中国的其它异议人士。相反地，正因为这些媒体从不限制中国的异议人士发表反对中国政府的意见，才被中国的防火墙封杀。
最近，居然就不断有人指控这些媒体上被中国政府蓝金黄了，意思就是这些媒体收受了中国政府的贿赂从而受中国政府控制，充当中国政府的帮凶，帮助中国封杀中国的异议人士。根据我本人的亲身经历，我认为这种指控完全就是捕风捉影，是无中生有。
自从我进入中国的大学后，我几乎是每天都收听美国之音。必须承认，美国之音在中国人中有着极高的信誉，大多数中国人都酷爱美国之音。为何？因为美国之音让我们了解真相，美国之音让我们心明眼亮。
最近，美国之音切断了对郭文贵的三小时直播，是为“断播门”事件。
推特，脸书，油管三大社交媒体齐齐封杀郭文贵！
就是因为郭文贵，美国之音等主流媒体被一些郭文贵支持者反复攻击，甚至指控美国之音是被蓝金黄了，是收受了中国政府的钱财，拿人家的手短，吃了人家的嘴短，说这是美国之音消音郭文贵的主要原因。
这种指控是不公平的，是捕风捉影，毫无根据的。
这里最关键的问题是，美国之音是否应该允许郭文贵利用美国之音的广播网随心所欲地发表讲话。
胡说八道可以，但不可使用公器！
如果有人指控某些人的违法违规行为，应该首先看这种指控是否证据确凿，而不应首先追问谁是举报者。
根据郭文贵近期在媒体上的演讲和文章，我相信是郭文贵违反了有关保护隐私及不得造谣诽谤的相关法律法规。推特、脸书、油管等媒体完全有权依法依规封杀那些反复违规的用户，特别是象郭文贵这种利用自媒体对女性进行侮辱、骚扰，对他人进行死亡威胁和肆意诽谤的肮脏下流言行进行警告和封杀。
郭文贵发明创造了一个新名词，叫作“蓝金黄”，意思就是收受他人钱财，为他人消灾的人。随后，郭文贵及其跟随者就将“蓝金黄”作为一个得心应手的大帽子和棍子，随心所欲地给那些他们不喜欢的机构和个人戴上这顶帽子，对反对或质疑他们的人则是挥舞这个棍子，棒打一大片。这里不妨将一个参加这个BBG会议的人所熟悉的例子。
2017年11月12日，赵岩发推说：这个月国务院BBG的会议，不知道是想封口了还是被蓝金黄了，提前几天就不让报名了。
赵岩分明是在搬弄是非，胡说八道。因为就是因为看到了赵岩的这个推文，我才顺着赵岩的推文中给出的BBGWatch.com的链接，找到了申请参加11月15日会议的报名链接。我立即申请报名，我的报名申请在两分钟就完成了。这表明BBG的报名一直对公众开放！这个链接就在赵岩给出的推文截屏图片里！
赵岩不懂英文，没找到报名的网页，这完全是赵岩的无知所铸成的错。赵岩却是恶人先告状，反咬BBG关闭了报名网页，是对他赵岩进行封口，并进一步指控BBG是被中共蓝金黄了，是接受了中共的钱财，充当中共帮凶走狗，不准他赵岩到会讲话。这不纯粹是疯狗乱咬人嘛。
赵岩的这个造谣推文立即被郭文贵及郭文贵的粉丝大肆转发，赵岩还煽动人们前往BBG总部抗议BBG充当中共爪牙，就象赵岩率人去美国之音总部、推特总部、脸书公司去示威抗议那样。

Should VOA, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube Block Mr. Guo Wengui?
Good afternoon.
My name is Gang Liu, a Chinese dissident during Tiananmen pro-democracy movement. I used to be a big fan of VOA when I was in China.
I have been long time user of Twitter, Facebook, Google blogs, and Youtube, nearly for over 8 years now. I have posted articles, photos, videos nearly on daily basis on the platforms provided by the above mentioned social medias. However, I have never been blocked by these social medias, while all these social medias were block by Chinese Great Firewalls. That clearly tells us that these social medias seldom silence Chinese dissidents. On the contrary, they are really great platforms for our Chinese to enjoy freedom of speech! There are allegations or rumors that those social medias were Blue-Golden-Yellowed, which means they are bribed or controlled by the CCP and frequently silence the Chinese dissidents. Based on my experiences, that kind allegations are invalid.
When I was in China, I listened to the VOA programs almost everyday. I have to say that VOA has great reputation in China, and most of our Chinese rally love VOA. Why? Because VOA always tells the truth and let us know what really happened.
VOA cut off live-stream broadcast while interviewing Guo Wengui.
Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube blocked Guo Wengui's accounts.
Because of Guo Wengui, VOA and some mainstream medias have been frequently challenged or criticized by Chinese related groups. Some even blamed VOA might be BGYed by the CCP, which means VOA has been bribed or became a part of the CCP!
That kind blame is not fair and has no solid evidences.
The key problem is whether VOA should allow Guo Wengui to broadcast whatever he likes to say. It doesn't matter who complained against Guo Wengui, as long as the complaints are well supported with evidences.
Based on what had said by Guo Wengui through media, I believe that Guo Wengui has violated the basic rules or laws regarding confidential information and slander. Twitter and other social media should block the accounts whoever posted that kind videos or articles with full of dirty words, abusing activities, and harmful rumors.
Guo Wengui invented the word “Blue-Golden-Yellow”(BGY). Then Mr. Guo and his followers accused any of news media if they don’t like it. Here is an example.
On Nov. 13th, Zhao Yan posted twits and accused the BBG has been bribed by the CCP. The only evidence he showed was that he couldn't register the upcoming BBG meeting!
This is definitely a false accusation. Because I could register this meeting right after I saw Zhao Yan's post!
Zhao Yan doesn't understand English and couldn't find the link to the registration page. But he accused the BBG doesn't allow him to registrate and must have worked for CCP! Zhao Yan's false accusation had been widely distributed by Guo Wengui and his followers. Zhao Yan has called up demonstrations and protest at the BBG building!
In early May of 2017, Guo Wengui contacted me and asked me to criticize Mr. Sino and Mr. Wei Shi. Guo Wengui claimed that Sino and Wei Shi received 40 Million dollars from CCP. I asked Guo to provide evidences. Guo provides some relevant receipts less than half million dollars. Guo has never provide的evidences to his allegations!
I have never contacted with Mr. Sino until Mr. Guo Wengui asked me to blame Mr. Sino. Once I approached Mr. Sino, I found he is very nice, and devoted himself to Christian and the freedom of China. He had never get large amount money from the Chinese government! However, by posting rumors and videos on social medias, Guo Wengui have made many people believe that Mr. Sino is a hooligan, an evil who should be killed and destroyed completely. Many of Guo Wengui's followers hate and curse Mr. Sino without any reason.
It is obvious that Guo Wengui are spreading lies, creating hates, and initiating violence through social medias! This kind activities are not tolerable and should be stopped and punished.
So, it is completely proper for VOA to interrupt or stop Guo Wengui spreading unverified rumors or false accusations. Otherwise, VOA may could be responsible for distributing harmful information and thus lost credits and audiences.
It is absolutely correct for Twitter, Facebook, Youtube to block Guo Wengui's accounts, to prevent him to abusing women, and insulting other people. Otherwise, these social medias could become compliance of leak out the privacy of others.
I strongly support Guo Wengui to criticize the corruption of the Chinese officials. However, he has to follow the rules and compliance with laws, and shouldn’t spread rumors and should stop threaten others through social media.
I appreciate Twitter, Facebook, Youtube for providing platforms for freedom speech. However, freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of hurting others. The harmful speeches should be spoiled and should be strictly prohibited.
I, and many Chinese, are really eager to listen to VOA. I hope VOA should continue to remain true to its mission statement to be “accurate, objective, and comprehensive.”
